Description

This course teaches state-of-the-art research field of Single-Cell Biology, namely, its experimental techniques and analysis tools of single cell observation and on the interpretation of the results. It focus on single-cell studies of gene expression in bacteria, based on live cell microscopy imaging and the generation of stochastic models based on these data.

Requirements

To pass the course, the student is required to: a) Pass in all three grading requisites. b) Attend at least 50% of the lessons. c) Complete at least 50% of the take home exercises. There is no final exam in this course.
