Description

The goal of this course is to inform students about various aspects of leadership as well as to promote their individual growth as inspiring future leaders. The course consists of lectures, written assignments, discussions, and presentations. The objective of all these is to encourage students to immerse themselves in both organizational and leadership thinking as well as to introduce them to some aspects of leadership communication.

Requirements

The obligatory requirements for completing the course are: - individual reflective assignment - lecture journal - participation in the workshop presentation The attendance at the sessions is highly recommended as writing a reflective lecture journal from each session is not possible without attendance.
