After completing the course the student understands the methodological principles and the function of measurement devices used in bioanalytical research.

| 4. | Microscopy, transmission and fluorescence microscopy. Sample labelling and other methods for contrast enhancement. | ||
| 5. | Confocal and multiphoton microscopy, flow cytometry, electrophoresis, microarray methods and sequencing. Optical in vivo imaging. |
