Autumn 2017 implementation with three optional widths (4, 5 or 6 cr) according to the needs of the student. Taking the widest option is tough. So do not take it if you do not have a lot of time and energy and can avoid it!

Option ABC of 4cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-C & Tests (Sub-Exams) A-C (or a Total Exam). Option ABCD of 5cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-D & Tests A-D (or a Total Exam). Option ABCE of 5cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-C and E & Tests A-C and E (or a Total Exam). Option ABCDE of 6cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-E, Tests A-E (or a Total Exam).

Lisätietoja toteutuksesta

The number of Topics to the 4, 5 and 6 cr versions are 12, 16 and 20, respectively. The number of mandatory PC sessions of them are 3, 4 and 5, respectively. A PC session will take 120 minutes. All versions have a common mandatory practical LAB session. In Autumn implementations Tests (Sub-Exams) may be splitted into Week Exams, too. Week Exam N covers Topic N. Week Exams 01-12 will take place on weeks of Lectures 02-13 before Lectures 02-13, respectively. Other WEs will be made available along a different practice. The student is allowed to return her/his answers to any WE topic only once, either in a WE sessions or in a later Test session (for the Part in question). In this the student is allowed to vary her/his choice of the time.

Topics will be listed in the file ASE-1258 Topics 2018 Autumn.xls.

Texts for parts A to E will become available in A.zip to E.zip, respectively.

Registration to the extensions(s) D and E will be requested within the POP interface of the course during Period 2. Topic 16 of Part D and Topic 20 of Part E will not be devoted exam questions if the student passes the SEMINAR of the Topic in another way.
