The course is suitable for Industrial Management major and minor studies, students of the international program in Business and Technology, and other students interested in project business. In the course it is assumed that all students have understanding of the basics in project management.

The course consists of lectures, readings and group exercises carried out in small teams. The successful completion of the course requires completing the group exercises and a personal assignment successfully. |
Osaamistavoitteet
1) increased understanding on the complexity of project business 2) increased understanding on partnerships and their management in project business 3) increased skills in defining and the entity of project business and its challenges stemming from project overlaps and discontinuities 4) capability to analyze and solve practical problems in project business by applying knowledge, skills and good practices in project-based management
