The focus is on themes related to how projects are connected with their complex business environment, such as: Project-based management, project portfolio and program management, uncertainty and risks in project business, and customers and services in project business.

Requirements

The course consists of lectures, readings and group exercises carried out in small teams. The successful completion of the course requires completing the group exercises and personal assignments successfully.
