Description
This course concentrates on structures and operating principles of mobile radio networks and the related radio resource management functionalities. The main emphasis during the course is given on cellular networks, especially focusing on the LTE/LTE-Advanced networks. However, particularly the radio resource management part is having a fairly general structure, applicable in various wireless systems.
