Lectures and exercises may be replaced by a guided self-study or short contact teaching sessions. Contact teaching hours are provided at least for the mandatory work sessions (LAB + PC sessions) and a repetition session of 120 min before each sub-exam.

Option ABC of 4cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-C & Tests (Sub-Exams) A-C (or a Total Exam). Option ABCD of 5cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-D & Tests A-D (or a Total Exam). Option ABCE of 5cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-C and E & Tests A-C and E (or a Total Exam). Option ABCDE of 6cr: A practical lab work & PC sessions A-E, Tests A-E (or a Total Exam).

The number of Topics to the 4, 5 and 6 cr versions are 12, 16 and 20, respectively. The number of mandatory PC sessions of them are 3, 4 and 5, respectively. A PC session will take 120 minutes. All versions have a common mandatory practical LAB session.
Topics will be explained in the file ASE-1258 Topics 2018 Spring.xls.
Texts for parts A to E will become available in A.zip to E.zip, respectively.
Registration to the extensions(s) D and E will be requested within the POP interface of the course during Period 4. Topic 16 of Part D and Topic 20 of Part E will not be devoted exam questions if the student passes the SEMINAR of the Topic in another way.
