The total mark is determined by the pre-class assignments, activity in exercise classes and the final exam. |
Osaamistavoitteet
After passing the course the student will have knowledge of why quantum mechanics is required for certain problems and how basic quantum mechanics works. Student can solve problems related to simple quantum mechanical setups using Schrödinger equation. The student knows how the quantum states and wave functions can be solved for hydrogen atom.
