Osaamistavoitteet
Students 1) understand the digitalization phenomena and how it impacts to society, companies and other organizations, and individuals. The students learn 2) to assess different information technologies and organizational settings so that they can 3) plan, design, and develop an approach how IT can be exploited (implemented, adopted, and used in a beneficial manner) and 4) how such a transformation can be managed and lead. The students also learn 5) different benefit realization mechanisms. In general, the course focuses on the intersection between information systems sciences and management sciences and how digital technologies are to be used in organizational settings.
