Osaamistavoitteet
At the end of the course students - will have developed their competence for discovering, interpreting and communicating hidden cultural meanings - will have become aware of their taken-for-granted cultural assumptions and misinterpretation of others - will understand the relationship between communication and leadership norms in multicultural teams

| 1. | The course includes both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises for improving the participants' competence to participate in business team building. The students create teams, write reflective essays related to the exercises and reading required during the course, and they also write a final reflective essay about their learning experience at the end of the course. |
