Osaamistavoitteet
Student learns to apply her/his expertise in real-life multidisciplinary development projects. Student learns project skills, management of innovation processes, service design methods and team-learning methods. Student understands nature of customer process, learn to determine goals with customer, and learn to plan customer project from customer value point of view. Student learn to communicate customer value.
