Objectives
The mission of this course is to give basic understanding of the strategy alternatives available for knowledge-intensive ventures to become ‘investable’ in the eyes of the VC industry.

Contents

1. Knowledge of the development of the venture capital industry and the special characteristics of business knowledge in the knowledge society       
2. Knowledge of the different V2C actors       
3. Knowledge of the ways of action / business models of different V2C actors  Completion of the market gaps with new V2C business models    
4. The path that has led to knowledge being the most important assest of an organisation       

Requirements for completing the course
1) Lectures, 2) final exam from the lectures and literature, 3) personal assignment, 4) team exercise

Assessment criteria
The final grade is based on the examination (60%), team exercise (25%) and personal assignment (15%); Students should master the core contents of the course contents
