Tavoitteet
Developing an RF-ASIC for modern receiver and transmitter
architectures.
Sisältö
Electrical and physical design for a new RF-ASIC as a continuation of
the PCB version developed in part-I of the Seminar. The design will be sent
for fabrication and characterized by measurements.
It is recommended that right after this course, the
students continue their tasks toward the M.Sc. thesis.
Tutkintovaatimukset
Measured performance of the IC-version, which is supposed to match
approximately the specifications. In case of failure of the
IC design, another chance for fabrication of the circuit may be offered.
