Tavoitteet
The course aims at giving a wide perspective on management and
institutional options of water and sanitation services in urban and rural
areas. This includes various types of public and private systems and
public-private partnerships. Examples from Finland, France, Britain, the
Baltic region and developing countries will be presented. In addition,
cross-cutting issues such as benchmarking and performance indicators at
utility level will be dealt with. Participants will prepare and present
essay seminars on related topics or cases to be selected.

Preferably some professional water-related courses.
