Sisältö
This laboratory course provides opportunities for students to gain practical experience in microsystem technology. Students will work in pair to complete 4-5 laboratory works of various topics in microsystem technology. The students will need to prepare and write a preparation report and a final report for each laboratory work. The grades will be judged based on the reports. Four hours of introduction lecture will be given in the beginning of the course.
