Tavoitteet
To introduce students to practical strategic management issues of a multinational company by using a computerized business simulation program.

Sisältö
The course will give a comprehensive and integrated view of different management disciplines such as marketing, finance, production, administration and logistics. In INTOPIA simulation firms are also able to cooperate with each other. This networking is an essential feature in the simulation. Markets consist of the U.S., EU and Brazil, and thus there are customers (both consumers and industrial ones) from three culturally different markets

Tutkintovaatimukset
Lectures (25h), Group work on the INTOPIA simulation program (42h), quizzes. Evalualtion: Based on the performance of the team in the simulation plus written memos (company strategy and its revision) and two quizzes.

from many different fields of industrial management.
Thus, it is recommended that the students would take the course
