Objectives
The goal of this course is to introduce the methods of electron spectroscopy (XPS, AES, ARUPS and NEXAFS) for the experimental characterization of the chemical composition and nanostructure of surfaces as well as the molecular structure of surface compounds.
Requirements for completing the course
Passed final exam and accepted laboratory assignment.
