Objectives
To introduce to the basic principles and practical applications of biosignal processing and analysis.

1. Physiological signals, their properties, data acquisition and sampling.        
2. Digital filters: linear and adaptive filters.       
3. Spectral analysis of biosignals.        
4. Examples of modern physiological signal processing methods.        
5. Computer exercises and demonstrations.       

Requirements for completing the course
Accepted computer exercises (20%) and final exam (80%).

Evaluation criteria for the course

  • Final exam 80%, exercise works 20%.
