Objectives
To introduce to various methods and equipment to record physical quantities produced by different physiological systems of the human body.

1. Physiological measurement system and methods: sensors, signal conditioning, signal analysis.



 
     
2. Measurements of essential physiological systems: cardiovascular system, neural system and respiratory system.       
3. Ambulatory recording and patient monitoring.       

Requirements for completing the course
Exercises (20%) and final exam (80%).

Evaluation criteria for the course

  • Exercises activity 20%, final exam 80%.
