Objectives
Introduction to the mathematical and statistical methods behind quality control, capability analysis and acceptance sampling.

1. Basics of statistical quality control and acceptance sampling. Shewhart control charts and their design. CUSUM charts, EWMA charts, multivariate charts, etc. Capability indices.

Active participation in exercises and written solutions to homework exercises, or a closed-book written exam.
