Objectives
To give the basic understanding of thermodynamics for the processing and the use of materials in specific environments, for the control of phase structure and from this point of view to understand different properties of materials and to plan material structures and properties. To present main methods used in thermodynamic evaluations and to present thermodynamic working tools and introduce their effective use.
