Objectives
Intermediate level knowledge of RF-ASIC development and monolithic implementation of RF components.

1. Description and fabrication steps of CMOS, Bipolar and SiGe processes.       
2. Monolithic RF components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors etc. and their characterization.       
3. Basics of physical implementation of the integrated communication systems front-end blocks.
