Objectives
This course attempts to provide a unified overview of the field of industrial communications. Students will learn the basics of data communications, networks, protocols and the application to distributed automation systems. A large part of the course will be dedicated to the industrial adoption of IP and wireless Networks

4. Introduction to Network Security and Safety Technologies in Factory Networks
