Objectives
This course aims to help students to get familiar with the modelling and simulation software used at the Institute of Production Engineering. Exercises and assignments are done in Catia V5, Delmia V5 and 3DCreate.

Requirements for completing the course
Course consist of 5 PC exercises, 4 compulsory assignments and a V5 test. All assignments and the test are graded pass or fail. All assignments need to be submitted and passed before V5 test.

    Additional information about prerequisites
    A basic course in 3-D modelling or CAD (AML-3306, KSU-1010...) or equivalent 3-D modeling skill are required. Course in intendet mainly for students with major in Production Engineering. Participation will be restricted to 48 person each period, due to PC lab capasity.

    Remarks

    Course is given in tight schedule. Normally all work is done in first 3-4 weeks of the period.
