Objectives
The seminar aims at advancing the knowledge in biotechnology and focuses on the understanding of the structure and content of scientific publications, in writing a literature review and oral presentation skills in English.

Requirements for completing the course
Participation in seminars (at least 80 %), accepted written and oral presentation and acting as an opponent for another student.

Additional information about prerequisites
Sufficient studies in major subject. The number of the students may be limited.
Remarks
Students independent literature search and writing the literature review according to the seminar instructions (see the institutes web page). The written review needs to be approved by the instructor prior to oral presentation in given schedule.
