Objectives
To give the student an understanding of information and knowledge management issues, central terminology and theories. Both business and ICT points of view are covered. During the course, students are familiarised with knowledge management and knowledge intensive organisations and their management. The course also covers the basics of intellectual capital management, business information management, e-commerce, information security management, enterprise information systems and corporate communications.

Evaluation criteria for the course

  • 70% of the course grade is based on the exam grade, 30% on the exercises.
