No implementations
Students need to collect at least 50 % of the maximum amount of points. Various tasks throughout the course yield these points.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation

The objective of this course is to learn essential concepts on the subject active RF circuits. The student will gain a theoretical basis of understanding on which he/she can build up more understanding through practical design experimentation and lab projects.
Content | Core content | Complementary knowledge | Specialist knowledge |
1. | RF transistor amplifier design, gain concepts, impedance matching, stability, noise figure, linearity, design for constant gain, broadband, high power, and multistage design. | RF circuit simulation. |
The assessment is carried out throughout the course. The students are expected to perform various tasks that are presumed to advance their learning. The students are expected to gain insight and a solid understanding of the essential concepts on the course subjects.
Numerical evaluation scale (1-5) will be used on the course
