The obligatory requirements for completing the course are
- 4 home assignments, prepared in groups
- passing the examination
The attendance at the sessions is voluntary, except: it is compulsory to attend the opening session for group registration. The opening session will be held on Tuesday 10.2.2009 at 12-15 in FB118.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation

After completing this course, we hope that you will - master the basic organizational behavior and leadership theories and concepts and - be able to apply them to understand human behavior in different kinds of organizations (work, home, etc.). We study these fields because they help us function more effectively in organizations. They teach us the skills to be an effective employee, team member, manager, or leader. In addition, the exercises and assignments are designed to facilitate self-learning and teamwork. Students should leave this course with a clearer understanding of the effect their behavior has on others. Students work in the same learning groups throughout the course. In these groups, members should - share their experiences and - provide support, advice, and feedback to each other.
Final grades will be assigned according to the following proportions: Group reports 40%, and Examination 60%.
