The objective of the course is to prepare students for Master¿s Thesis in terms of writing skills, conceptual thinking and research methods. After this course, students should have a good starting point for working on their Master¿s Thesis rather independently ¿ both in terms of writing skills, conceptual thinking and empirical research work. Furthermore, the group discussions as well as the reading of other students¿ seminar papers will enhance students¿ capabilities to understand and apply various managerial concepts both theoretically and in real life. Different managerial concepts, in the end, are tools for both researchers and managers alike to develop their thinking and understanding on complex issues. In addition, students will get first-hand experience on how to solve managerial problems in different organizations with the help of existing literature and how to reflect the reality using the existing literature and concepts.
