Requirements

Housing Design 2 is an advanced design course dealing with contemporary topics of dwelling. Independent work on exercise project. Lectures seminars/studio meetings, critique session.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation

Learning outcomes

The overall objective of these studies is to enhance students knowledge in special issues within housing design and to pursue the application of knowledge and skills in housing design. Lectures offer an introduction to the history of Finnish housing design, present situation as well as current challenges. Design task deals with contemporary housing design problems.
