3. | Luminesence, fluoresence, phosphoresence, excitation and emission spectra and measurement methods. | ||
4. | Microscopy, transmission and fluorescence microscopy. Sample labelling and other methods for contrast enhancement. | ||
5. | Confocal and multiphoton microscopy, flow cytometry, electrophoresis, microarray methods and sequencing. Optical in vivo imaging. |
