Participation and written report for at least eight lectures.

The aim of the course is to introduce concepts and approaches that are commonly assumed to be known by PhD students and researchers in software engineering, regardless of the actual topic of the PhD thesis. The course also discusses general topics related to research paradigms and methods in software engineering. The lecturers are top-level national and international experts of their fields.
