Written exam on designated literature, an exercise and an essay.

The aim is to give additional knowledge on the features of knowledge work organisations, management of knowledge based organisation and knowledge workers. The main emphasis is on management and leadership, management of competencies and different managerial conventions. In addition to general perspectives also managerial tools and use of those are covered.
