Learning outcomes
After completing the course students can name the essential anatomical structures and physical functions of the human body. Students can explain and describe different physical phenomena of the body by using physical quantities and analogues. They can solve basic problems related to these physical phenomena by applying physical laws. Students can explain the operation principles and applications of sensors used to measure these physical quantities. They can also explain, how different types of external energies used in medical procedures interact with tissues and how these interactions can be utilized in medicine.
