Learning outcomes
After completing the course students can explain the key points of controlled drug delivery and the factors affecting the rate of drug delivery. Students are able to classify different drug delivery systems and explain the theories behind them. They can comment different applications on each delivery system. Students can name the drug release characterization methods and able to give examples about different manufacturing methods. Students are able to plan an improvement for existing drug delivery device and justify its improvements as well as analyze its future views in the field of drug delivery devices.
