Learning outcomes

After passing the course the student will have the ability to compose a literature survey following the principles of scientific writing. The student can perform information searches for reference material. Of these chosen scientific research articles the student can draw conclusions and summarize data to compile a literature review. Oral presentation skills will also be learned as the students present their seminar topics and conclusions in seminar meetings. The student will also learn to comment and criticize scientific text as the students act as opponents to each other during the seminars. The course will prepare students for writing their Master's thesis.
