Requirements
Approved research paper, participation in work shop and approved exam. Each student is expected to write a research paper and give an oral presentation at the course seminar. The paper will be personally commented on by the lecturer. Three practical case exercises will be carried out by teams of 3-5 students during the workshop. Cases are prepared, then presented and discussed in a work shop. Evaluation for the grade will be based 60% on exam, 30% on research paper and 10% on workshop.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation
Learning outcomes
Once the course has been successfully completed, the student will be able to: Apply design management techniques in managing and controlling of product development. Analyze product development projects by using Boston matrix and Growth vectors. Recognize the connection of various types of innovations to cash flow. Organize systematic screening of new innovations. Select suitable strategies for protecting new innovations
