Student 1) is familiar with European landfill directive and requirements set for landfill location and landfill structures 2) can name both natural and geosynthetic materials used in ground water protection structures and landfill structures and describe their main properties 3) recognizes environmental transportation mechanisms 4) can list soil remediation techniques and their applicability areas
