Description:
Basic course of modern chromatography methods (liquid chromatography LC, thin-layer chromatography TLC, gas chromatography GC and high-performance liquid chromatography HPLC)and mass spectrometry. The course includes three laboratory works, during which the students will practice in liquid chromatography separation and analysis, gas chromatography analysis, and mass spectrometry analysis. Opintojaksolla käsitellään modernien kromatografisten menetelmien perusteet (nestekromatografia LC, ohutkerroskromatografia TLC, kaasukromatografia GC, ja korkean paineen nestekromatografia HPLC). Kurssiin kuuluu kolme laboratorioharjoitusta eri kromatografisten tekniikoiden ja massaspektrometrisen analyysin harjoittelemiseksi.
