Requirements
Approved research paper and exam. A research paper will be written by teams of two students, and an oral presentation is given at the work shop. The paper will be personally commented on by the lecturer. Evaluation for the grade will be based 65% on exam and 35% on research paper and paper presentation.

Learning outcomes
Once the course has been successfully completed, the student will be able to: Define what smart textiles are. Classify the functional properties of various kinds of intelligent textiles. Recognize the construction and interactive properties of intelligent textile materials. Develop smart garment applications by using intelligent textile materials.
