Requirements

Attendance on two obligatory starting lectures and at least on five seminar meetings. Two presentations and written project plan and final report.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student - has learned detailed information about a specific topic in signal processing, - is able to manage a small project, - can work in a project and write project reports in the technical scientific format, - has ability to present the project to an audience, and - has gained insight into writing the diploma thesis.

Evaluation criteria for the course

Credits are assessed by difficulty of the project and work load of the students in the project group. Credits are agreed in the project plan and possible extra work which would increase the amount of credits is also described in the same report.

Evaluation scale passed/failed will be used on the course

Partial passing:

Completion parts must belong to the same implementation

Student should have enough basic knowledge from signal processing which enables him/her to do the chosen project work.
