Requirements

The course consists of lectures, readings and case exercises carried out in small teams. The successful completion of the course requires completing the case assignments and a personal assignment successfully.

Principles and baselines related to teaching and learning

Lectures on main content areas. Team-based case assignments, based on readings. Individual essay assignment.

Evaluation criteria for the course

Case reports are graded as 0..5. Individual assignment is graded as 0..5. The course grade is based on the average grade of case reports (40%) and individual assignment (60%).

Numerical evaluation scale (1-5) will be used on the course

TETA-5706 2011-01 This course covers the central themes and practices in managing complex project business and engages students in solving practical problems in project-based management. The focus is on themes related to how projects are connected with their complex business environment, such as: Project-based management, project networks and partnerships, project portfolio and program management, uncertainty and risks in project business, and customers and services in project business.
