Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student understands the concept of information society and the role of information and knowledge as important assets. The student has an overall understanding of the key concepts and theories of information and knowledge management. He can analyze information and knowledge management both from the business and technology perspectives and acknowledges the importance of information and knowledge management to the organization.

Evaluation criteria for the course
70% of the course grade is based on the exam grade, 30% on the exercises. Earning grade 3 requires the student to have learned the core contents of the course well.
