Learning outcomes
The course gives the basic information on the requirements, sources and suppression methods of the high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI) caused by the switched-mode converters in such a way that the student understands the basics and the importance of the electro magnetic compatibility (EMC) issues and can analyse and design the required EMI filter to comply to the international EMC requirements without compromising the stability and performance of the associated converters.
