Learning outcomes

In synthetic biology biological devices are built by using standardized biobricks. During the course a student or a group of students will plan a new bio-device exploiting components available at the biobrick bank. The theory of the built bio-device will be introduced to the course leader by a written report. In the report, the biocomponents, construction and the experimental set are presented. After passing the course the student can independently design a biological device using synthetic biology tools.
