Description:
This year the topic of the SGN-9406 Signal Processing Graduate Seminar IV, is Databases in Systems Biology and Bioinformatics. In the course the focus is on database technologies, SQL syntax, schema of design, genomic databases, image databases, web applications and several existing bioinformatic databases as case studies.
