Learning Outcomes
With regard to theory, the student knows the central theoretical schools of thought, and their theoretical perspectives in strategic management scholarship, and their core points of agreement and disagreement. With regard to practice, the student can interpret and explain how and why companies do what they actually do (and why they don't do something else instead) from different theoretical points of view.

Each written seminar report and argumentation in seminar sessions is graded. These together produce the final grade of the course.
