Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student will understand how to use consumer-grade inertial sensors and build applications utilizing them and know the basics of sensor applications on modern smartphones.

Students are expected to be familiar with basic matrix algebra.
Advisable background knowledge includes familiarity with sensor technologies (eg. ASE-3036 Microsensors) and positioning methods (eg. ELT-46006 Introduction to Satellite Positioning, MAT-60606 Mathematics for Positioning).
