Students will be enrolled on the course according to the time of sign-up, priority given to 1) students who have completed the Intercultural Communication Skills (KIE-08006) course; 2) TUT students to whom the course is compulsory.
18 participants will be enrolled.
To ensure the group diversity, ca. 40% of students from international master's degree programmes and 60% of students from degree programmes in Finnish

Requirements
80% attendance and active participation in classes, completion of the course key tasks, team project (examination of an intercultural workplace) and oral presentation, final written assignment.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation
Learning Outcomes
After completing the course the students • can apply knowledge and skills of intercultural communication in multicultural workplaces and international business • will be able to approach intercultural issues with competence later in work life • will be able to understand and interpret cultural differences
